Align & Flow: an active, accessible, and alignment based vinyasa practice. Explore your body from the inside out with a focus on proper anatomical alignment while still enjoying a dynamic flow class. By connecting breath (pranayama) with movement and an exploration of the postures (asanas), the practitioner develops awareness and understanding of proper alignment. Modified to accommodate different levels of practice, this class combines strength and flexibility. Flowing from one posture to the next, breath and movement become one.

EVERY Wednesday •Daly Workout•@ 6:30Pm • 60 MINUTES

Yin: a prop-supported passive approach to yoga that focuses on the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) of the body. By placing a light amount of sustained stress on these tissues, we can strengthen and mobilize our joints. Holding poses for minutes at a time to an appropriate intensity, this class places an emphasis on breathing, meditation, opening deeper potential of stability and flexibility of the body.
